The main level is well-appointed with an incredibly large and open main living space with plenty of seating for your entire group. Beautiful floor-to-ceiling windows allow you to enjoy the view from any seat in the house! Take in a quick show, or binge watch TV on the large 65" Smart TV while nestled in on the sofa, enjoying the view!
From the living room, you will have full visibility into the dining room and large, fully stocked kitchen, with all of the cookware, utensils, dishes, and small appliances necessary to cook your favorite meals for your favorite people. The dining area is perfect for gathering, featuring a massive 10 foot(!) dining table to seat your entire crew!
The entire back of the main level has floor-to-ceiling windows - offering stunning views, allowing you to take advantage of the natural beauty of the Smoky Mountains from every vantage point. At the back of the home, you will find the first of three 50 foot wide decks - where you will be able to settle into either a seating area (Sofa & Chairs), or the large outdoor dining area that will easily seat 10-12 people. Evenings are the best with the amazing bistro lighting.
The main level also features 2 large bedrooms each with a King-sized bed, Smart TV, ceiling fan, sound machine, and bedside reading lamps. Attached to each bedroom, you will find a private and incredibly spacious en-suite bathroom, beautifully appointed with a glass-enclosed stand-up shower and adjustable shower heads with hand-held spray wands.
The second level offers three additional king-size bedrooms, each of which also has an attached, private en-suite bathroom. Two of the bedrooms also have a designated workspace with desks, chairs, and an of course, that incredible view to help inspire you to finish those last few emails before the fun begins for the day! The fourth bedroom on this second level is perfect for kids or teens, with queen-over-queen bunks, as well as a twin over twin daybed & trundle. Enjoy the incredible view and peaceful sounds of nature from the 50 foot wide deck, while rocking the afternoon away in the comfortable rocking chairs provided.

This beautiful cabin is at the top of the hill, and surrounded by nature. As such, there are wild animals that will require attention and caution. While it is not common to see bears, raccoons and other wild animals during the day, it is not unheard of. It is, however, common for the wild animals to roam freely at night. WILD ANIMALS ARE DANGEROUS. By booking, you acknowledge that you understand that the cabin is in an active wildlife area, and dangerous animals may be encountered. You assume all risk associated with renting a cabin in the mountains, including but not limited to damage caused by wild animals while parked outside or injury incurred by encountering wild animals by not maintaining a safe distance. Caution should always be exercised to ensure that the cabin and your own personal property are secure.
DO NOT:
-Approach or Feed any wild animal
-Leave food in your vehicle (bears know how to open car doors!)
-Leave food on the patios, decks or any other outside location.
-Leave trash or other items that may be considered "food" to an animal anywhere outside of the cabin, with the exception of the bear-proof trash containers.
DO:
-Lock all doors (car & cabin)
-Place all trash in the bear-proof trash receptacles
-Take all food in from the patios and decks
-HAVE TONS OF FUN!
The Other Important Details:
- QUIET TIME 10:00pm - 8:00am (please be respectful of the neighbors)
- No Pets. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. There is a fee of $700 if you bring an unauthorized pet.
- We provide "starter" supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, and dishwasher pods. We do ask that guests replenish own supplies if more is required for there stay.
- You must be 25 and over to use the hot tub. All children must be supervised by an adult. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. THE USE OF THE HOT TUB IS AT YOUR OWN RISK!
Pool Room Guidelines:
Pool door has locked key. pad entry with door alarm. (auto locks after 30 secs. Make sure door closes propertly to ensure proper latching)
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times in the pool.
- Alcohol is not allowed near the pool. You are not allowed to use the pool if you have consumed alcohol.
- THERE IS NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY.
- THE USE OF THE POOL IS AT YOUR OWN RISK!
- We do not offer late check-out or early check-in. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $50.00 dollars for the first half hour and $100.00 for each subsequent half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
- No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of god/other things that are beyond our control.
- Spices, condiments, ziplock bags, and coffee are not provided.
- The home has a park-style BBQ grill. We ask guests to provide own charcoal and lighter fluid if needed.
- Absolutely no fires inside or out (with the exception of the charcoal grill near the street). Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages.
**WAIVER OF LIABILITY**** By booking, guest(s) acknowledges that use of this cabin and the amenities within and on the property (including but not limited to) the indoor pool, hot tub, balconies, chairs, beds, bunk beds, kitchen items, grills, and appliances may have potential risks if improperly used, particularly in regards to children, and such use is entirely at the guest(s) own risk and responsibility.
