- Guests provide own charcoal, lighter fluid, and ground coffee/pods
- Host is not responsible for items left behind
- Hot tub is for adults - children must be monitored at all times
- Cabin holds up to 8 guests - additional guests without prior approval will incur a $25 per person per day charge
